Thinkific was scaling rapidly, with strong product momentum and a growing global presence in the creator economy.
As the company prepared for one of Canada’s first unicorn IPOs, it was entering a new phase of visibility. Investors, media, creators, and customers were all paying closer attention, while the creator economy itself was becoming one of the most talked-about sectors in technology.
The opportunity was to establish Thinkific as one of the defining platforms powering this shift.

Every announcement, interview, product launch, and executive appearance carries greater scrutiny and greater opportunity.
Thinkific needed a communications strategy that could support the company before, during, and after its IPO while ensuring the market had a clear and consistent understanding of where the company fit within the creator economy and why it mattered.
At the same time, messaging needed to resonate across multiple audiences, including investors, creators, customers, employees, and the broader technology ecosystem.

We worked closely with Thinkific’s leadership, IR team, and internal creative teams to shape how the company presented itself at critical moments.
The IPO required precision. Messaging needed to hold up under investor scrutiny while still carrying into broader market conversations. Financial storytelling, executive positioning, and media engagement were tightly aligned to present a clear, credible view of the business.
From there, the focus was on momentum.
Each milestone, IPO, product launches, partnerships, events, built on the last, reinforcing Thinkific’s role in enabling the creator economy. The narrative carried across media coverage, executive visibility, and brand platforms, ensuring the company showed up with consistency and authority.
This approach kept the story ambitious while the company scaled, giving the market a clear way to understand where Thinkific fit and why it mattered.
